Sometime during our last
dinner meeting at Sonny's BBQ on Russell Pkwy, Ray Baggett handed me an envelope
containing a plethora of black and white photographs which were, at best, taken
in less than optimum lighting conditions. "XXXXX sent these to me", said he.
"See what you can do with them and try to (please) find a place for them on our
website." After operating several ham radio contests and saddled with a lot of
time following being told by my doctor that I have several tumors in my bladder,
I decided to pick them up and see what is there and where they might go. Though
I am totally clueless as to the identities of most in the photographs, there are
a few notable exceptions. I managed to recognise Mikie and Gail in a few of them
and I see my old buddy Joe Scoggins sitting next to the window on a bus, but
most were taken before my family moved to the "Landin Yard" which dates them to
August of 1955 or before. With all this running around in my feeble mass of gray
noodles, I figured that an additional page was/is warranted. So be it!
Therefore, I throw it open to you! Who are these people? Each Photo should be
referred to by row number and left or right. Should anyone feel particularly
adept at naming the folks in the pics, just send an email to the webmaster and
an effort will be made to try and get a caption with names under each photo.
Just make sure you tell me which row and which photo.
